Position Overview:
Work Locations:
- Cardiology Clinic: 15 South Main Street, Jamestown, NY 14701
- Chautauqua Medical Center: 15 South Main Street, Jamestown, NY 14701
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Immigration Status Considered: Accepts J1 Waiver and H-1B Candidates for 2028 and beyond
Compensation Package Includes:
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- CME days and stipend
- Two-year senior track
Work-Life Balance:
- 25 days of PTO, plus 7 recognized holidays
- In the third year, PTO will increase to 9 weeks
We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a Non-Invasive Cardiologist in Western New York. Our organization comprises a team of Board-Certified Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to serving the residents of several picturesque lakefront communities. Our network includes primary care physicians, surgeons, and specialists who collaborate closely with local hospitals to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.

Chautauqua County is conveniently located within three hours of Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Rochester, and Toronto, and is easily accessible from Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Erie. This position offers the chance to join a well-established, full-service cardiology group that features nuclear, echocardiography, and vascular-certified programs. The office is strategically located near the hospital, facilitating efficient patient care. The ideal candidate will have completed a fellowship in cardiology and be board certified or board eligible. Our cardiology practice serves Fredonia, Silver Creek, and Jamestown, NY, with this role based in Jamestown.
Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation with evening call from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM the following day; no overnight hospital visits required as hospitalists manage patient care overnight.
Balanced Role: Approximately a 50/50 division between outpatient and inpatient duties.
Services Offered: Comprehensive diagnostic services, including echocardiography (ECHO), vascular ultrasound, stress echocardiography, exercise and nuclear stress testing; in-office Holter and event monitoring, along with a dedicated pacemaker clinic.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical institution
- The ideal candidate will have completed an Internal Medicine residency and a Cardiovascular Disease fellowship with a non-invasive focus, and be board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Ability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
