ODDITY is a consumer tech platform transforming the global beauty and wellness market. We deploy advanced technology, including molecular discovery, synthetic biology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision to develop exceptional products and deliver consumers a superior experience. Our digital-first brands, IL MAKIAGE and SpoiledChild, are rapidly disrupting the offline-dominated beauty and wellness industries around the world, and we recently launched our 3rd brand: METHODIQ. Brand 4 will launch next year, replicating the playbook of our existing brands in adjacent spaces to take a step change in our growth and impact.
ODDITY Labs is our cutting-edge biotechnology R&D center, powering product innovation through the discovery of new molecules that will power game changing products through ODDITY's current and future brands. Our exceptional team is passionate about using biology, chemistry, and technology to disrupt consumers' product expectations and shopping journeys, shifting millions of consumers from offline to online along the way. Our culture is fast-paced, innovative, agile, and offers every team member the opportunity to drive a big impact.
THE ROLE
We’re looking to hire a Senior Scientist in Bioengineering or Biology for ODDITY LABS with a strong focus on anti-aging. In this role, you will:

- Conceive, plan, and execute studies to support R&D projects in our pipelines.
- Lead research programs focused on new molecule discovery, high-throughput screening, target validation, and assay development.
- Refine and continuously evolve existing pipelines to enable data-driven decision-making, accelerating proof-of-concept to product stages and ensuring robust validation pipelines for anti-aging products.
- Develop and/or standardize protocols to support synthesis and scale-up.
- Develop and present new concepts in partnership with ODDITY LABS and ODDITY leaders, highlighting innovations in anti-aging.
- Support 1-3 team members across their developments, providing feedback, coaching, and mentorship to foster expertise in anti-aging science.
- Foster a culture of innovation and leadership within ODDITY LABS and across ODDITY teams.
WHO YOU ARE
- You hold a PhD, MD, MD/PhD, or PharmD in Bioengineering or Biology with 6+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record in anti-aging research or related fields.
- You have extensive knowledge of current bioengineering techniques, and hands-on lab experience.
- You have extensive experience with mammalian cell culture, particularly experience with handling primary human cells. Experience with stem cells, iPSC differentiation and/or 3D skin models is a bonus.
- You are a hard worker with a high level of accountability and a passion for solving complex biochemistry problems in a dynamic environment.
- You are a strong problem solver with a deep curiosity and desire to tackle challenging anti-aging research questions.
- You are enthusiastic about building and growing a team, creating an environment that supports your team’s personal and professional development while delivering strong performance.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including those focused on anti-aging solutions.
- You are adaptable and a team player, willing to take on ad hoc tasks to support the company’s growth and goals in anti-aging.

Visa sponsorship record
No public sponsorship records foundWe didn't find H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 or green card (PERM) filings under the name ODDITY LABS in the Department of Labor and USCIS data. Tip: ask the recruiter early, in writing, which visa they sponsor and whether they cover the legal and filing fees.
