Job description

Horsham Dental Care is seeking a motivated and personable Associate General Dentist to join our established and growing practice. We are a busy, well-established high paying PPO and FFS based comprehensive dental practice with a strong existing patient base and an experienced clinical and administrative team. Our office provides comprehensive general dentistry as well as Invisalign, implant dentistry, oral surgery, cosmetic and complex restorative treatment. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants a productive schedule while continuing to grow clinically. Our owner doctors are committed to mentorship, training and clinical support, particularly for a dentist interested in expanding beyond basic bread-and-butter dentistry.

What We Offer

  • Established patient base and strong patient flow
  • Productive PPO practice with opportunity for growth
  • Experienced clinical and administrative support
  • Mentorship from experienced owner doctors
  • Opportunity to expand skills in Invisalign, implant dentistry, surgical procedures and complex restorative cases
  • Modern technology and digital workflow
  • Collaborative environment where doctors can discuss treatment planning and challenging cases
  • Opportunity to build a long-term position within a growing dental organization
  • H-1B sponsorship available for the right candidate, if needed

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dentist who is:

  • Licensed to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania
  • Holds the appropriate Pennsylvania nitrous oxide permit/license
  • Comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry
  • Confident treating a broad range of patients and more complex restorative cases
  • Comfortable with diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, crowns/bridges and routine oral surgery
  • Interested in learning and expanding clinically
  • Enthusiastic, dependable and comfortable working in a busy practice
  • Focused on providing excellent patient care and building long-term patient relationships
  • A strong communicator who works well with assistants, hygienists and the front-office team

Experience is preferred; however, we are also open to a motivated dentist with a strong clinical foundation who is looking for the right environment for mentorship and professional growth. Experience or interest in Invisalign, implants, oral surgery, endodontics and cosmetic dentistry is a plus.

Current Schedule

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: 2 Saturdays per month

Our Philosophy

We want our associate to be more than simply another provider in the office. We want someone who would like to grow with the practice. Our goal is to provide the patient flow, team support, technology and mentorship necessary for the associate to become increasingly confident with comprehensive dentistry and more advanced procedures over time. If you are a motivated dentist looking for a busy practice where you can provide excellent dentistry, continue learning and develop a long-term professional relationship, we would be happy to speak with you.

Visa sponsorship record

No public sponsorship records found

We didn't find H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 or green card (PERM) filings under the name Horsham Dental Care in the Department of Labor and USCIS data. That doesn't mean the job can't be sponsored — the company may file under a different legal name, be new to sponsorship, or sponsor a visa that isn't in these datasets (for example H-2B or J-1).

Tip: ask the recruiter early, in writing, which visa they sponsor and whether they cover the legal and filing fees.

Which visas can work for this job

Occupation: Dentists, General (SOC 29-1021).

  • Mentioned in the listing

    H-1B

  • H-1B cap-exempt employer

Regular cap-subject employer — a new H-1B needs to win the lottery in March (unless you already hold cap-counted H-1B status).

  • TN (citizens of Canada and Mexico)

This kind of role may fit the USMCA profession “Dentist” — it depends on the actual duties. No lottery, no cap; you need the matching degree or license.

  • E-3 (Australia) and H-1B1 (Chile, Singapore)

Same degree requirement as H-1B, but no lottery and a separate quota that is rarely filled.

  • O-1 (extraordinary ability)

For candidates with awards, publications, press, a high salary or critical roles at distinguished organizations. No cap, no lottery; the employer files a petition.

Salary vs prevailing wage

Level III (experienced)

Dentists, General · Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington, PA-NJ-DE-MD. Annual prevailing wages set by the Department of Labor (OFLC).

LevelPrevailing wageH-1B lottery odds*
Level I$95,056~15%
Level II$139,360~31%
Level III$183,664~46%
Level IV$227,968~61%

This job pays $210,000 a year — that's Level III (experienced). In the wage-weighted H-1B lottery a Level III registration gets 3 entries; estimated selection chance about 46% — better than average.

* Odds are DHS projections for the FY2027 wage-weighted lottery (actual results vary by year and employer). Since the FY2027 cap season the H-1B lottery is weighted by wage level: Level I = 1 entry, II = 2, III = 3, IV = 4. The level is set by the offered wage against the prevailing wage for the occupation and worksite. Separately, a $100,000 fee for new H-1B petitions for workers outside the US was announced in 2025; as of September 2026 a federal court ruling keeps it unenforceable while appeals continue — check the current status.
