Job description
- Hospital-employed practice seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join an established team
- Base salary: 550k+ with additional production bonus opportunities
- Medical staff includes 4 Urologists (2 Outpatient and 2 Inpatient)
- Call coverage is 8 days per month
- Single hospital coverage model
- Access to an 11-suite main OR and a 6-suite outpatient surgery center
- Advanced surgical technology available, including Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 robotic systems
- Strong support from administrative and clinical leadership
- Financial incentives include up to a 60k starting bonus and up to 10k in relocation assistance
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) through a non-profit health system
- Comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, 27 PTO days plus 5 days for CME, and paid professional liability coverage
