Job description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join our team. Whether you're looking for flexible per-diem shifts or a full-time schedule, we offer a variety of opportunities tailored to your availability.

Opportunities

  • Full-time and Part-time and Flexible scheduling: Shifts available, up to 40 hours/week
  • Opportunities across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional occupational therapy care to patients across various settings
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
  • Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness

What You’ll Need

Active or obtainable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of California

Compensation & Benefits
