Close new business and grow customer relationships over time.
Work directly with the founder in a lean, early-stage environment.
What We're Looking For
Approximately 2 to 10 or more years of relevant experience, including quota-carrying B2B sales and a record of closing deals.
Direct experience selling AI data products, such as annotation, evaluation, reinforcement learning, or expert talent solutions, to frontier or emerging AI labs.
Existing relationships with AI lab research, post-training, or data teams.
Experience at an AI data vendor is required; familiarity with healthcare or clinical data and enterprise AI sales is a plus.
Comfort working with ambiguity and taking ownership in a founder-led, early-stage company.

TN, F-1 OPT, STEM OPT, and H-1B transfers may be considered; new H-1B petitions are not available.

Visa sponsorship record
No public sponsorship records foundWe didn't find H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 or green card (PERM) filings under the name Clera in the Department of Labor and USCIS data. That doesn't mean the job can't be sponsored — the company may file under a different legal name, be new to sponsorship, or sponsor a visa that isn't in these datasets (for example H-2B or J-1).
Tip: ask the recruiter early, in writing, which visa they sponsor and whether they cover the legal and filing fees.
