About Us

Twitch is the world’s biggest live streaming service, with global communities built around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. It is where thousands of communities come together for whatever, every day.

We’re about community, inside and out. You’ll find coworkers who are eager to team up, collaborate, and smash (or elegantly solve) problems together. We’re on a quest to empower live communities, so if this sounds good to you, see what we’re up to on LinkedIn and X, and discover the projects we’re solving on our Blog. Be sure to explore our Interviewing Guide to learn how to ace our interview process.

About the Role

This content team’s goal is to engage viewers by providing entertaining content that allow organic communities to form and interact. We are looking for a product leader who has experience leading product initiatives from concept to successful launch especially in the premium content space including sports, live events, and streaming TV. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with high levels of customer obsession, strong technical judgment, demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and products, and is an independent operator, experienced working across teams to deliver on behalf of customers.

As a Sr. Product Manager at Twitch, you’ll have an end-to-end ownership of the product(s), design, and technology required to ensure our end customers have a relevant and compliant Twitch advertising experience, reporting to a Director of Product on the Monetization team.

You can work from Twitch’s headquarters in San Francisco, CA; or from one of our hub locations in Seattle, WA; Irvine, CA; or New York City, NY - with West Coast (PST) working hours.

You Will:

  • Lead the development and execution of a bold customer-focused product strategy and vision for premium, live content on Twitch including the monetization, sharing, and community building aspects of that content.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, science, policy, operations, and business stakeholders, to define and execute a product roadmap.
  • Partner with other teams and business development counterparts both within Twitch and Amazon to build and execute on content IP relationships.
  • Work back from our customers by learning from their feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to identify pain points and ensure we are building the right features over time.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the impact of addressable inventory, identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Own your launches by partnering with engineering, marketing and other teams to maximize the outcomes of your team's work.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience defining 1-2 year product strategies, and working on associated roadmaps
  • Demonstrated advocacy of the needs of our customers including end-users (viewers & creators) and advertisers
  • Run product experiments with in-depth product performance analysis
  • Translated your product ideas into expected impact

Bonus Points

  • 2+ years working in sports, live events, and/or streaming TV content
  • Experience working on content monetization including IP rights management
  • Experience in building ad products

Perks

  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Maternity & Parental Leave
  • Flexible PTO
  • Amazon Employee Discount

Which visas can work for this job

Occupation: Marketing Managers (SOC 11-2021) — estimated from the job title.

  • Mentioned in the listing

    H-1B, OPT

  • H-1B cap-exempt employer

Regular cap-subject employer — a new H-1B needs to win the lottery in March (unless you already hold cap-counted H-1B status).

  • TN (citizens of Canada and Mexico)

This role doesn't clearly match a profession on the USMCA (TN) list.

  • E-3 (Australia) and H-1B1 (Chile, Singapore)

This employer has filed before (E-3 Australian: 1). Same degree requirement as H-1B, but no lottery and a separate quota that is rarely filled.

  • O-1 (extraordinary ability)

For candidates with awards, publications, press, a high salary or critical roles at distinguished organizations. No cap, no lottery; the employer files a petition.

Salary vs prevailing wage

Level II (qualified)

Marketing Managers · Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue, WA. Annual prevailing wages set by the Department of Labor (OFLC).

L1L2L3L4
LevelPrevailing wageH-1B lottery odds*
Level I$111,842~15%
Level II$150,925~31%
Level III$190,008~46%
Level IV$229,091~61%

This job pays $151,200–$204,600 a year — that's Level II (qualified). In the wage-weighted H-1B lottery a Level II registration gets 2 entries; estimated selection chance about 31%.

* Odds are DHS projections for the FY2027 wage-weighted lottery (actual results vary by year and employer). Since the FY2027 cap season the H-1B lottery is weighted by wage level: Level I = 1 entry, II = 2, III = 3, IV = 4. The level is set by the offered wage against the prevailing wage for the occupation and worksite. Separately, a $100,000 fee for new H-1B petitions for workers outside the US was announced in 2025; as of September 2026 a federal court ruling keeps it unenforceable while appeals continue — check the current status.
