Position Summary
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Violin/Viola Instructors to join our team. In this role, you will help shape students' musical journeys by delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that foster both skill and a lifelong love for music.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals
- Provide expert instruction in violin/viola
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Prepare engaging materials to enhance student participation and progress
- Evaluate student development and provide regular, constructive feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student performance
- Adjust teaching methods to suit different learning styles
- Participate in recitals, school events, and community performances
- Assist with student preparation for competitions, auditions, and exams
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Violin/Viola Performance (required)
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and passion for working with students of all ages
- Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic about music education
