About the Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role with broad ownership across local operations, data privacy and compliance, commercial execution, and cross-functional team management. The successful candidate will serve as a key business leader for U.S. operations, building the local operating structure while partnering closely with global stakeholders.
What You'll Do
U.S. Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead day-to-day U.S. business operations and oversee cross-functional local teams across operations, data governance, analytics, sales, and customer support.
- Build scalable operating processes, organizational structures, and cross-functional workflows as the U.S. business grows.
- Support headcount planning, talent development, performance management, and resource allocation across local functions.
- Partner with global leadership while supporting effective local execution and decision-making.
Data Privacy & Compliance Governance
- Oversee U.S. data privacy, compliance, and governance practices across local business operations.
- Establish and maintain policies and workflows governing appropriate user data access, usage, and lifecycle management.
- Support compliance with applicable U.S. privacy requirements, including CCPA/CPRA.
- Lead risk assessments, compliance reviews, and remediation initiatives in partnership with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Commercial & Customer Operations
- Oversee operational support for the company's U.S. e-commerce business.
- Support the development and expansion of U.S. sales channels and strategic customer relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to improve commercial execution and operational efficiency.
- Lead the continued development of pre-sales and post-sales customer support processes to improve customer experience and retention.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience managing U.S. business operations and cross-functional teams, ideally within technology, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or another international organization.
- Strong understanding of U.S. data privacy, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.
- Experience overseeing or partnering closely with functions such as e-commerce, channel sales, customer success, data governance, or business operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, processes, and operating structures in a growing organization.
- Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working across U.S. and international teams is highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
