Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Analyst to support daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and process improvement. In the initial stage of the role, the primary focus will be on investigating and resolving order exceptions, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues. As the employee gains experience and demonstrates strong performance, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility in daily fulfillment coordination, workforce planning, and team leadership. This position is well suited for someone who is analytical, hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and interested in developing into an operations leadership role.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with warehouse operations, inventory, system, and other cross-functional teams to improve fulfillment processes.
- Help ensure daily customer orders are processed and shipped on time.
- Identify recurring operational issues and support process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze warehouse performance and operational data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Gradually take on responsibilities related to daily labor planning, work assignment, staffing coordination, and performance management.
- Support supervisors and managers with daily fulfillment planning and operational execution.
- Assist with SOP development, workflow improvement, and employee training as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field; relevant warehouse operations experience may be considered in lieu of a directly related degree.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to identify operational issues quickly and accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and responding to changing operational priorities.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on increasing operational responsibility.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data-analysis tools is preferred.
- Experience with WMS, OMS, warehouse automation systems, or fulfillment operations is a plus.
- Prior warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations experience is preferred but not required for highly qualified entry-level candidates.

Visa sponsorship record
No public sponsorship records foundWe didn't find H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 or green card (PERM) filings under the name Winit America Inc in the Department of Labor and USCIS data. That doesn't mean the job can't be sponsored — the company may file under a different legal name, be new to sponsorship, or sponsor a visa that isn't in these datasets (for example H-2B or J-1).
Tip: ask the recruiter early, in writing, which visa they sponsor and whether they cover the legal and filing fees.
