Job description
Job Summary
Ember AI is seeking a high-performing Healthcare Account Executive to join its growing sales team. This is an early AE opportunity for someone who can take a proven founder-led sales motion and scale it through disciplined, consultative selling.
You’ll own the full sales cycle with PE-backed, multi-site specialty healthcare provider groups, working directly with CFOs, COOs, and revenue cycle leadership. You’ll identify revenue cycle challenges, quantify business impact, build ROI-driven solutions, and guide complex deals from initial conversation through close.
The role reports directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to work closely with company leadership on sales messaging, pricing, packaging, and objection handling.
What You’ll Do
- Own the sales process from first meeting through close
- Build and manage a pipeline of PE-backed, multi-site specialty provider groups
- Generate a meaningful portion of your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship development
- Conduct structured discovery with CFOs, COOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and other senior stakeholders
- Multi-thread sales opportunities across finance, revenue cycle, IT/EMR, and operations
- Develop ROI-focused business cases around denials, A/R aging, cash acceleration, and staffing efficiency
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and executive-level presentations
- Manage evaluation and contracting processes, including data access, security review, and workflow requirements
- Participate in conferences and trade shows to generate and develop new opportunities
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting, and sales process discipline
Duties
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive account management and personalized customer service.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the value and benefits of our medical equipment solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand market share through outside sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deal terms effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage a designated territory by planning sales activities, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress using CRM systems to optimize outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and product development to meet client needs and enhance product offerings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and meet or exceed sales goals consistently.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience carrying an individual AE quota in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Demonstrated history of quota attainment with specific deals and results you can discuss
- Experience selling into or working with the healthcare revenue cycle, including areas such as:
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

- EHR or practice management platforms
- Experience selling directly to CFOs, COOs, and revenue cycle executives
- Ability to manage complex sales involving 3–6+ stakeholders

- Strong discovery and qualification skills, including MEDDICC
- Strong CRM management and forecasting discipline
- Willingness to travel approximately two weeks per month for conferences, onsite meetings, and executive visits

Visa sponsorship record
No public sponsorship records foundWe didn't find H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 or green card (PERM) filings under the name Absolute Workforce in the Department of Labor and USCIS data. That doesn't mean the job can't be sponsored — the company may file under a different legal name, be new to sponsorship, or sponsor a visa that isn't in these datasets (for example H-2B or J-1).
Tip: ask the recruiter early, in writing, which visa they sponsor and whether they cover the legal and filing fees.
Which visas can work for this job

H-1B, OPT
- H-1B cap-exempt employer
Regular cap-subject employer — a new H-1B needs to win the lottery in March (unless you already hold cap-counted H-1B status).
- O-1 (extraordinary ability)
For candidates with awards, publications, press, a high salary or critical roles at distinguished organizations. No cap, no lottery; the employer files a petition.
