Endodontist – Surprise & Avondale, Arizona Full-Time or Part-Time | $25,000 Sign-On Bonus | Visa Sponsorship Available
Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Endodontist to support our practices in Surprise and Avondale, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to join established practices with a strong referral network, flexible scheduling, and the support of a comprehensive dental organization. $25,000 sign-on bonus available. H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship are available for this position.

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endodontics
- Endodontic Residency Certificate
- Graduate of an accredited dental school
- Current applicable state dental license, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
- Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable
- One year of experience preferred
