Location: 100% Remote (Global – Candidate's preference; required coverage during US EST hours)

Position Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Base Compensation: $27,500 – $35,000 USD (approx. €24,000 – €31,000)

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped Performance Commissions

About the Opportunity

We operate as an elite financial consultancy dedicated to guiding international founders through the process of accessing top-tier US banking and corporate credit infrastructure. We treat corporate banking and credit lines as essential instruments for leverage, scaling, and operational freedom rather than simple payment cards.

We are seeking a high-performing, autonomous German-Speaking Sales Representative (Setter to Closer) to join our lean team. As our first core sales hire, you will collaborate directly with the Founder, taking charge of a high-intent prospect database and quickly transitioning into closing premium, high-ticket consulting arrangements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Engagement: Reactivate and nurture an extensive contact list of over 1,500 inbound and dormant leads via Email, WhatsApp, Phone, and LinkedIn with zero requirement for cold outreach.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients against our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) to verify operational alignment.
  • Meeting Generation: Schedule 8 to 12 qualified strategy and discovery sessions per week directly onto the Founder's calendar.
  • High-Ticket Closing: Move seamlessly from booking appointments to independently closing high-value advisory packages ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 USD.
  • CRM Operations: Maintain precise client records inside Close.io, manage deal stages, build automated follow-ups, and monitor conversion metrics.
  • Client Onboarding: Partner with internal operations to ensure a seamless transition for clients following contract execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

  • Language Proficiency: C2 Native-level command of German (written and verbal) with business-fluent C1 English capabilities.
  • Sales Track Record: 1 to 2+ years of verified B2B sales experience in high-ticket environments (consulting, finance, corporate advisory, or premium services).
  • High-Ticket Deal Experience: Proven background in negotiating $5,000–$15,000+ transactions and overcoming complex, value-oriented client objections.
  • Schedule Alignment: Ability to consistently align daily working hours with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Self-Management: High degree of accountability and independence in a remote home-office environment.
  • CRM Systems: Strong organizational discipline regarding pipeline tracking software (Close.io or equivalent tools).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Hands-on experience with Close, Zapier, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn automation tools.
  • Passion for US banking, business credit, international corporate structures, and cross-border ventures.
  • History of engaging with high-net-worth founders across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
  • Residence in Florida or willingness to attend annual team retreats in Miami.

Non-Fit Criteria:

  • Sales history restricted to high-volume cold-calling call centers.
  • Lack of experience discussing five-figure investments directly with corporate founders.
  • Inability to support US EST schedules or lack of C2 native German fluency.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Retainer: Fixed monthly base equivalent to $27,500 – $35,000 USD annually.
  • Uncapped Commission Structure:
  • 2% net payout on Founder-closed deals originating from your booked appointments.
  • 7.5% net payout on deals fully closed by you, paid out upon client fund receipt.
  • Pre-Existing Lead Flow: Immediate access to 1,500+ warm leads plus continuous inbound prospects driven by active Meta ad spending.
  • Career Progression: Direct trajectory advancing from Setter to Closer to future Sales Leadership.
  • Founder Collaboration: Direct daily access to company leadership, actively shaping go-to-market strategies and sales collateral.
  • Global Flexibility: 100% remote work freedom, flexible scheduling tied to EST, sponsored retreats in Miami, and potential US visa sponsorship for top performers.

Visa sponsorship record

No public sponsorship records found

We didn't find H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 or green card (PERM) filings under the name Ignite in the Department of Labor and USCIS data. That doesn't mean the job can't be sponsored — the company may file under a different legal name, be new to sponsorship, or sponsor a visa that isn't in these datasets (for example H-2B or J-1).

Tip: ask the recruiter early, in writing, which visa they sponsor and whether they cover the legal and filing fees.

Which visas can work for this job

Occupation: Sales Representatives, Wholesale and Manufacturing (SOC 41-4012) — estimated from the job title.

  • H-2B / H-2A (seasonal and temporary work)

Temporary non-agricultural (H-2B) or agricultural (H-2A) jobs. The employer files a labor certification and petition; you apply for the visa at a US consulate. H-2B has a yearly cap of 66,000 (plus supplemental visas); H-2A has no cap.

  • EB-3 “other workers” green card

Permanent residence for jobs that need less than 2 years of training. Waits for this category are long (often several years).

  • H-1B

H-1B needs a role that requires at least a bachelor's degree, so it's usually not an option here.

Salary vs prevailing wage

Prevailing wage data for this occupation and location isn't loaded yet.
