Operation Management Trainee - Air 空运运营管培

岗位职责

• 负责空运货物及集装箱提货相关业务的运营管理与日常调度安排；
• 负责卡车运输业务调度及仓库日常运营管理；
• 定期整理、处理及分析运营数据，并根据数据持续优化日常运营流程；
• 协调公司内部及外部资源，确保各项物流业务顺利推进；
• 配合团队及业务需求，适应灵活、可调整的工作时间安排。

任职要求

• 公司带培训，可接受无经验者。
• 具备空运货物及集装箱提货相关实际操作经验，专业调度（Dispatcher）工作经验，熟悉卡车运输业务及仓库运营管理者优先；
• 具备优秀的数据处理及数据分析能力；
• 工作安排灵活，能够适应根据业务需求调整工作时间；
• 具备较强的自驱力和责任心，能够独立承担日常运营工作；

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for air freight and container pickup operation management and daily scheduling arrangement
• Conduct trucking business dispatching and warehouse daily operation management
• Process and analyze operational data regularly, optimize daily operation procedures
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth progress of logistics business
• Adapt to flexible working hours and cooperate with team business arrangement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Practical working experience in air freight and container pickup operations
• Professional dispatcher experience, with solid trucking business and warehouse operation experience
• Excellent data processing and data analysis skills
• Flexible working attitude, able to adapt to adjustable working hours
• High self-motivation, responsible for daily operation work
• Able to start work at 7 AM and complete 8-hour daily work
