Job description
This is a private internal integration record for Raydar Applicant Hub. It exists only to verify that a Workable application can carry the candidate identity, LinkedIn profile URL, application metadata, and resume into Raydar’s canonical applicant ledger and then into Paraform without losing context. It is not an open employment opportunity and will remain unpublished. The record is deliberately explicit so that anyone who encounters it understands its operational purpose. Production roles should be cloned from this record, renamed to the actual role, and given the real description before any job board publication. Our client is a Series A software company building agent-driven products for the real economy. The business has raised more than $14M, serves over 300 brands, and is expanding its AI platform from restaurants into healthcare, retail, and other industries.
We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the company's agentic product strategy from vision through execution. You will operate as the CEO of the product, work daily with the founders and senior commercial and engineering leaders, and define how AI agents reason, act, and earn trust across enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, discovery, execution, and vision across the agentic product portfolio
- Spend 30 to 50 percent of your time with customers
- Align product direction with revenue goals and technical feasibility
- Define and defend roadmap priorities across market sizing, pricing, specifications, and delivery
- Lead expansion into healthcare, retail, and other verticals
- Use AI coding agents to prototype and validate ideas
Requirements
Use only synthetic test candidate information with this internal record. The application form must require candidate name, email address, resume, and a public LinkedIn profile URL in the canonical https://www.linkedin.com/in/... format. A production job is ready only when all four fields remain mandatory, the Workable job is connected to the intended LinkedIn posting, and the Raydar readiness check passes. What we're looking for
- Five to ten years of product management experience with staff-level impact at startups
- A track record of scaling a product from early traction to at least $15M in annual recurring revenue
- Experience building or managing AI-native or agentic products
- Ability to prototype with Claude Code, Devin, Cursor, or similar tools
- Credibility with C-level buyers and enterprise decision-makers
- Comfort moving between strategy, customer discovery, technical feasibility, and hands-on execution
- Recent experience at a pre-seed through Series B startup and current individual-contributor experience
- Willingness to work on-site five days per week in San Francisco
Benefits
This record offers no employment, compensation, or benefits. It is an unpublished systems-integration fixture owned by Raydar operations. Compensation and benefits
- Base salary of $200K-$250K
- Competitive early-stage equity
- Visa transfer support, including OPT and H-1B transfers
- Direct daily access to founders and executive leadership
- Broad ownership over a category-defining product platform
Location and work model
- On-site five days per week in San Francisco, California
- Exceptional candidates may be considered for a three-day hybrid schedule
- Full-time position
Visa sponsorship record
No public sponsorship records foundWe didn't find H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 or green card (PERM) filings under the name Raydar in the Department of Labor and USCIS data. That doesn't mean the job can't be sponsored — the company may file under a different legal name, be new to sponsorship, or sponsor a visa that isn't in these datasets (for example H-2B or J-1).
Tip: ask the recruiter early, in writing, which visa they sponsor and whether they cover the legal and filing fees.
Which visas can work for this job
Occupation: Marketing Managers (SOC 11-2021) — estimated from the job title.
- Mentioned in the listing
H-1B, OPT
- H-1B cap-exempt employer
Regular cap-subject employer — a new H-1B needs to win the lottery in March (unless you already hold cap-counted H-1B status).
- TN (citizens of Canada and Mexico)
This role doesn't clearly match a profession on the USMCA (TN) list.
- E-3 (Australia) and H-1B1 (Chile, Singapore)
Same degree requirement as H-1B, but no lottery and a separate quota that is rarely filled.
- O-1 (extraordinary ability)
For candidates with awards, publications, press, a high salary or critical roles at distinguished organizations. No cap, no lottery; the employer files a petition.
Salary vs prevailing wage
Level II (qualified)Marketing Managers · San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont, CA. Annual prevailing wages set by the Department of Labor (OFLC).
| Level | Prevailing wage | H-1B lottery odds* |
|---|---|---|
| Level I | $148,387 | ~15% |
| Level II | $191,942 | ~31% |
| Level III | $235,477 | ~46% |
| Level IV | $279,032 | ~61% |
This job pays $200,000–$250,000 a year — that's Level II (qualified). In the wage-weighted H-1B lottery a Level II registration gets 2 entries; estimated selection chance about 31%.
* Odds are DHS projections for the FY2027 wage-weighted lottery (actual results vary by year and employer). Since the FY2027 cap season the H-1B lottery is weighted by wage level: Level I = 1 entry, II = 2, III = 3, IV = 4. The level is set by the offered wage against the prevailing wage for the occupation and worksite. Separately, a $100,000 fee for new H-1B petitions for workers outside the US was announced in 2025; as of September 2026 a federal court ruling keeps it unenforceable while appeals continue — check the current status.
