Job description

We're hiring: Account Executive (NYC)

Our client — an all-in-one marketing measurement platform scaling past $2M ARR — is looking for their second AE hire. You'll sell to VPs of Marketing & Growth at consumer brands, close mid-market deals ($15K–$50K ACV), and help shape the sales playbook as the company scales.

What you'll be doing

  • Closing full-cycle mid-market deals (1–3 month sales cycles), ~60-70% of your time
  • Generating and qualifying your own pipeline (~30-40% of your time), including agency partnerships
  • Advising customers on attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing measurement
  • Moving upmarket on larger deals ($50K–$100K+)
  • Feeding customer insight back to Product to shape the roadmap

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years of quota-carrying closing experience, consistently hitting/exceeding quota
  • B2B SaaS sales background selling technical products (MarTech, analytics, or performance marketing preferred)
  • Experience with mid-market deals ($10K–$100K ACV)
  • Based in NYC, able to be in-office 5 days/week
  • High agency — comfortable in a lean, early-stage environment without a lot of hand-holding

The details

  • Salary: $125K–$150K base (OTE $250K–$300K, 50/50 split, uncapped commission at 12% on ARR)
  • Equity: 0.1–0.2%
  • Location: New York, NY — in-office 5x/week
  • Hiring 1–2 people for this role
  • Visa: open to transfers (OPT, H1B) and can support E2 visas for exceptional candidates
  • Process: 4 interview steps

Why join

  • $2M+ ARR, 200+ brand customers, backed by top-tier investors
  • Above-market OTE with uncapped commission
  • Ground-floor GTM seat — you'll help define how the company sells as it scales
  • A proven playbook: the first AE is closing $250K+ ARR/month at 120–200% quota attainment
  • Serious internal AI tooling built to help reps close faster
  • Lean, high-performing 10-person team

Visa sponsorship record

No public sponsorship records found

We didn't find H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 or green card (PERM) filings under the name RecruiterForceAI in the Department of Labor and USCIS data. That doesn't mean the job can't be sponsored — the company may file under a different legal name, be new to sponsorship, or sponsor a visa that isn't in these datasets (for example H-2B or J-1).

Tip: ask the recruiter early, in writing, which visa they sponsor and whether they cover the legal and filing fees.

Which visas can work for this job

  • Mentioned in the listing

    H-1B, OPT

  • H-1B cap-exempt employer

Regular cap-subject employer — a new H-1B needs to win the lottery in March (unless you already hold cap-counted H-1B status).

  • O-1 (extraordinary ability)

For candidates with awards, publications, press, a high salary or critical roles at distinguished organizations. No cap, no lottery; the employer files a petition.

Employers are matched by name, so records of companies with similar names can occasionally be mixed up. This is general information, not legal advice — talk to an immigration attorney about your case.
