Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bilingual Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting data analysis, cost management, and process optimization across multiple operational areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and operations, with a focus on improving efficiency, analyzing data, and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational costs and financial data to ensure profitability, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and assess operational performance, comparing actual results with forecasts, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Conduct client and financial analysis to identify trends, assess profitability.
  • Synchronize receiving, inventory, outbound, and value-added service data. Create dashboards to generate weekly and monthly reports to track warehouse and client performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational systems, workflows, and data management, driving efficiency across the organization.
  • Perform other duties/tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • More than one year of experience in operations, logistics, or data analysis is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/ Mandarin) is preferred to facilitate smooth communication with the team and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data reporting and analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel data analysis skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data visualization; familiarity with Python or similar tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
