Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant

If you have a passion for numbers and a commitment to accuracy, we encourage you to apply. *Responsibilities* * Perform credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of clients and customers. * Manage accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and collections. * Conduct account analysis to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records. * Utilize Kronos for timekeeping and payroll processing as needed. * Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data and insights. * Maintain detailed records of debits and credits in accordance with accounting standards. * Utilize financial software such as QuickBook to streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting capabilities. * Collaborate with team members to support corporate accounting initiatives and projects. *Experience* * Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred, with a focus on corporate accounting practices. * Proficiency in credit analysis, accounts receivable management, and account reconciliation is highly desirable. * Familiarity with Kronos or similar timekeeping software is a plus. * Familiarity with Quickbook is a Plus * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. * A solid understanding of budgeting principles and financial reporting will be beneficial.
