Job description
About Us:
American New Logistics Service provides U.S. warehousing, fulfillment, transloading, trucking, Amazon delivery, and supply chain services. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Savannah warehouse operations and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, loading, and outbound shipments.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and daily work assignments.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, shipping timeliness, operating quality, and warehouse safety.
- Control labor, overtime, supplies, and other warehouse operating costs.
- Handle customer complaints, cargo damage/loss, and operational exceptions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, track KPIs, and continuously improve efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/logistics management experience, including 2+ years of team management experience.
- Experience in 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, transloading, or overseas warehousing preferred.
- Knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory control, WMS, and warehouse operations. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, cost-control, and data analysis skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $70,000-$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
