1. General Description

ComGen America is seeking candidates to support the development, maintenance, and daily operation of logistics and warehouse systems at manufacturing facilities. Open positions:

• Software Developer — Entry-Level / Experienced
• IT Support Specialist — Entry-Level / Experienced

2. Responsibilities

[Software Developer]

• Develop and maintain logistics and warehouse systems.
• Develop and maintain desktop web applications.
• Develop and maintain mobile web applications for Android devices.
• Develop and maintain local applications.
• Perform database processing and data integration.
• Investigate system issues and implement functional improvements.

[IT Support Specialist]

• Provide operational support for logistics and warehouse systems and respond to user inquiries.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, barcode scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows issues and basic network connectivity problems.
• Investigate system errors and data discrepancies, document findings, and coordinate with the development team.
• Assist with user account and system access management.
• Support system updates, deployments, and testing.
• Maintain troubleshooting records and operational documentation.

3. Eligibility

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in both Korean and English is required.

4. Qualifications and Preferred Experience

General:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in both Korean and English is required.

Entry-Level:

• No prior professional experience is required.
• Web development projects or relevant work experience are preferred.
