Job description

🚀 Enterprise Account Executive | Agentic AI

San Francisco | $290K–$310K OTE UNCAPPED + Equity

Base Salary $145,000 to $155,000 PA

Location – Onsite 5 days a week in the San Francisco Financial District

🚀 About the Company

An ambitious, profitable AI scale-up transforming how community banks and credit unions serve their customers. The business has raised significant in Series A funding, grown to over 100 employees, and built a platform trusted by 100+ financial institutions, reaching more than 10 million Americans.

Its agentic AI technology goes beyond traditional chatbots, using a unified AI platform to understand, action and resolve customer requests across three core solutions:

  • Voice AI: Autonomous AI agents that handle inbound banking calls and resolve customer needs end-to-end.
  • Digital AI: Intelligent virtual assistants integrated into digital banking experiences.
  • Employee-Assisted AI: AI copilots that help banking staff work more efficiently and deliver better customer service.

The platform is purpose-built for financial services, combining pre-trained banking workflows with integration capabilities designed to support compliance, scalability and measurable ROI.

Core markets: Community banks and credit unions across the US, with a focus on financial institutions looking to automate operations, improve customer experience and increase efficiency without compromising service quality.

With a cash-flow-positive business, established enterprise customers and growing market demand, the company is now scaling its go-to-market team to capture its next wave of growth.

🎯 The Role

Sell cutting-edge AI. Close six- and seven-figure deals with deal cycles of 6 to 9 months and help transform the future of banking. You'll own a defined US territory, driving new customer acquisition and closing strategic enterprise deals with community banks and credit unions.

You'll:

  • Build and execute a territory strategy, prioritising high-value target accounts.
  • Drive new-logo acquisition through a strong inbound engine (approximately 70%) and targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Use MEDDIC to qualify opportunities, navigate buying committees and maintain a high-quality pipeline.
  • Partner with BDRs and Sales Engineers to generate pipeline and deliver compelling technical demonstrations to senior decision-makers.
  • Close high-value, long-term contracts while taking full ownership of your number.

🏆 What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years' experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
  • A proven track record of closing enterprise deals, ideally including six- and seven-figure contracts.
  • Experience at high-performing SaaS companies and/or scaling startups.
  • Strong command of MEDDIC and complex, multi-stakeholder sales methodologies.
  • A true hunter mentality, commercial acumen and the ability to operate autonomously.
  • Confidence selling technical solutions to senior stakeholders in sophisticated organisations.
  • Willingness to work five days a week in the San Francisco Financial District.

Experience selling AI, fintech or financial services technology would be valuable.

🔥 Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • A proven product, not a science experiment: Join a profitable, venture-backed AI scale-up at the forefront of the agentic AI revolution. Its technology is already trusted by 100+ financial institutions, reaching over 10 million Americans, and demand is growing fast.
  • AI that actually gets things done: A unified, agentic AI platform that resolves customer requests across voice, digital banking and employee-assisted channels, rather than simply answering questions or routing calls.
  • Big-ticket enterprise sales: Six- and seven-figure deals, with average sales cycles of 6–9 months and contracts averaging five years.
  • Real ownership: Run your territory like your own business, with the autonomy to shape account strategy, deploy resources and drive new-logo acquisition.
  • Room to grow: Join a lean, high-performing team where strong results can open the door to greater responsibility and progression.
  • $145K–$155K base salary
  • $290K–$310K OTE, with a 50/50 base-to-variable split
  • Competitive equity
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Daily meals
  • Commuter benefits
  • Monthly wellness stipend
  • Discretionary PTO
  • Visa transfers considered, including eligible H-1B transfers and OPT candidates

🌟 The Bottom Line

This is a chance to join an established, cash-flow-positive AI business with real customer traction, a differentiated product and a growing market, while earning up to $310K OTE plus equity.

If you're an ambitious Enterprise AE who thrives on hunting new logos, navigating complex deals and selling technology that delivers tangible business outcomes, this could be your next big move.

Visa sponsorship record

No public sponsorship records found

We didn't find H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 or green card (PERM) filings under the name raisegtm in the Department of Labor and USCIS data. That doesn't mean the job can't be sponsored — the company may file under a different legal name, be new to sponsorship, or sponsor a visa that isn't in these datasets (for example H-2B or J-1).

Tip: ask the recruiter early, in writing, which visa they sponsor and whether they cover the legal and filing fees.

Which visas can work for this job

Occupation: Computer Systems Analysts (SOC 15-1211) — estimated from the job title.

  • Mentioned in the listing

    H-1B, OPT

  • H-1B cap-exempt employer

Regular cap-subject employer — a new H-1B needs to win the lottery in March (unless you already hold cap-counted H-1B status).

  • TN (citizens of Canada and Mexico)

This kind of role may fit the USMCA profession “Computer Systems Analyst (or Engineer, for engineering-degree holders)” — it depends on the actual duties. No lottery, no cap; you need the matching degree or license.

  • E-3 (Australia) and H-1B1 (Chile, Singapore)

Same degree requirement as H-1B, but no lottery and a separate quota that is rarely filled.

  • O-1 (extraordinary ability)

For candidates with awards, publications, press, a high salary or critical roles at distinguished organizations. No cap, no lottery; the employer files a petition.

  • STEM OPT extension (F-1 students)

Requires an E-Verify employer. We didn't find this company in the E-Verify list — ask HR.

Salary vs prevailing wage

Level IV (fully competent)

Computer Systems Analysts · San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont, CA. Annual prevailing wages set by the Department of Labor (OFLC).

L1L2L3L4
LevelPrevailing wageH-1B lottery odds*
Level I$95,930~15%
Level II$120,536~31%
Level III$145,163~46%
Level IV$169,770~61%

This job pays $290,000–$310,000 a year — that's Level IV (fully competent). In the wage-weighted H-1B lottery a Level IV registration gets 4 entries; estimated selection chance about 61% — better than average.

* Odds are DHS projections for the FY2027 wage-weighted lottery (actual results vary by year and employer). Since the FY2027 cap season the H-1B lottery is weighted by wage level: Level I = 1 entry, II = 2, III = 3, IV = 4. The level is set by the offered wage against the prevailing wage for the occupation and worksite. Separately, a $100,000 fee for new H-1B petitions for workers outside the US was announced in 2025; as of September 2026 a federal court ruling keeps it unenforceable while appeals continue — check the current status.
