We are seeking detail-oriented, proactive, and cross-culturally adept E-Commerce Associates to join our growing office team in Pittsburgh, PA.
Job Overview As an E-Commerce Associate, you will play a key role in day-to-day storefront management, order operations, inventory coordination, and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with both our US management/warehouse teams and our China branch office to ensure smooth cross-border operations and high customer satisfaction. Note: This is an office-based operational and administrative role in Pittsburgh, PA. It is NOT a warehouse or physical labor position.
Key Responsibilities
- Storefront & Product Listing Management: Create, optimize, and maintain accurate product listings across our e-commerce platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.), including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization.
- Order & Inventory Coordination: Monitor daily order processing, track inventory levels, and coordinate closely with our North American warehousing partners and China procurement team to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Bilingual Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, order updates, and post-sales support in both English and Mandarin via chat, email, and platform messages with high professionalism.
- Cross-Border Communication: Serve as an operational bridge between our US office and China supply chain teams to ensure smooth logistics, procurement alignment, and product launches.
- Data & Sales Analysis: Track sales performance, monitor product review trends, and analyze inventory velocity to provide data-driven recommendations for stock replenishment and promotional activities.
- Marketing & Operational Support: Assist in preparing seasonal campaigns, product discovery initiatives, and storefront visual updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Language Requirements: Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
- Work Authorization: Open to candidates with OPT / CPT status. H-1B visa sponsorship is available for eligible, high-performing employees upon joining.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word) or Google Workspace. Familiarity with e-commerce management tools is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
Work Location & Schedule
- Location: Pittsburgh, PA (In-office, hybrid.)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
