About Us
NIWO Partners, Inc. is a licensed freight broker and third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in New Jersey, offering warehousing, fulfillment, and trucking services across North America. We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual bookkeeper to join our finance team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Support payroll processing and reconciliation in ADP.
- Assist with month-end close and prepare basic financial reports.
- Maintain organized financial records and support audits and tax preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and reconciliation procedures.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (required).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Preferred
- Experience in logistics, freight, trucking, or 3PL industries.
