OEM Customer Support Coordinator (Hyundai/Kia)
Location: Opelika, Alabama
Company: Hyundai Sungwoo Auto USA Corporation
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OEM Customer Support Coordinator to join Hyundai Sungwoo Auto USA in Opelika, Alabama. We are a sales and distribution company that imports products from our headquarters in Korea and supplies them to automotive OEM customers in the United States. This position primarily supports customer communication, coordination, and related operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer requests and communications with Hyundai and Kia OEM customers, including HMMA, KaGA, and HMGMA
- Coordinate communication between OEM customers and our headquarters in Korea
- Track quality issues, customer claims, and returned parts
- Support prototype and sample deliveries, related documentation, and development schedules
- Monitor delivery and supply schedules and coordinate with outside service providers
- Assist with pricing updates, settlement-related activities, and preparation of customer reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries
